At EME, we promote adherence to our Conflict of Interest Policy, which prohibits our staff from accepting personal gifts such as sporting event tickets, golf outings, etc., from vendors or clients without complete disclosure.

Any gifts received by EME from vendors, clients, their families, or guests will be assigned an estimated value, which will then be donated to charity.

Here are some of the charities EME supports:

• The Mid Ohio Food Bank generously provides over 140,000 meals daily to support families in need.
• We Are Linden exemplifies a community-led initiative that embodies collective action and empowerment.
• The Salvation Army is a global movement dedicated to meeting human needs for food, clothing, and shelter.
• Support Black Charities is a registered non-profit that connects small and medium-sized charitable organizations, including nonprofits and grassroots, to community supporters.
• The YMCA Van Buren Center accommodates up to 800 individuals every night, including families, women, and men, making it one of the nation's largest shelters.

We encourage our vendors, clients, their families, and guests to donate to a charity from the list above or of their choice rather than giving to EME, especially during the Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays.

Annually, EME collaborates with businesses for a food drive or toy donation event benefiting the Salvation Army and YMCA. Our clients actively engage in our food drive and toy donations, and numerous communities request donation barrels for their donations.

We appreciate the gestures of our vendors and hope they understand our deep appreciation for our partnership. However, it is crucial for our clients to have full confidence that our work remains uninfluenced by any gifts, regardless of size.
